Graduated from Kazan Finance and Economics Institute with a degree in Finance and Credits in 1995 and in 1997 – from Kazan State University with a degree in Law, he further, in 2005, received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Starting from 2003 till 2006 he was a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and a Member of the OJSC Ak Bars Bank’s Board of Directors; during the years from 2005 till 2007 – he was a Member of the National Association of Stock Market Participants (NAUFOR) Supervisory Board; in the years starting 2007 till 2013 – served as a Chairman of the Avangard Asset Management Board of Directors; in 2010 he was appointed as a Chairman of Razgulyai Group PJSC Board of Directors until 2016, and in 2011 he became a General Director of Razgulyai Group PJSC, until 2013. From 2011 till present – he is a Managing Partner of AVG Capital Partners Private Equity Fund, and from 2017 till present - a General Partner of iTech Capital Private Equity Fund.

Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of Amur State University in 2007, he then was trained in the International Environmental Law course at the Stanford University, as well as Design and Installation of Low and Medium Voltage Photovoltaic Systems at the Solar Energy International (USA). Starting June 2010 and till November 2016 he was a chief representative of OJSC “Bureyagesstroy” (E4 Group) in Beijing, China, and starting 2016 - a Member of the Gangsheng Inc. Board in Hong Kong. In 2018 he has joined AVG Capital Partners Fund where he leads the company’s Asian business development and serves as a CEO of AVG Food & Co. Ltd. (Hong Kong). In May 2021 he was appointed as the director of AVG Capital Partners Limited, and serves as such till present.

Graduated from the Moscow State Law University named after O.E Kutafin (MSLA) with a degree in Law, underwent further training and advanced training at the University of UCLan Cyprus.
From 2016 to 2018, he worked with a corporate service provider; from 2018 to 2020 – served as a lawyer in a private investment fund, and from mid-2020 to the present - a corporate lawyer at AVG Capital Partners Limited.
